Miami Heat Put Out Phoenix Sun’s Flame

The Phoenix Suns came into this game on a 3 game winning streak beating the Warriors,  Grizzlies,  and 76ers.  The Miami Heat were coming off a loss to the Denver Nuggets who stopped the Heat’s 3 game win streak they had going at the time.

The Miami Heat won the game 124-108.

The Heat were led by Jimmy Butler in the first half who had an incredible 30 points in just the first 2 quarters of play.  Butler finished the game 34 points off 11/16 shooting from the field,  2/2 shooting from three,  5 rebounds,  and 4 assists.

Goran Dragic also had a great night for the Heat scoring 25 points off 9/16 shooting from the field.  Dragic hit an impressive 5/7 threes and added 6 boards and 4 assists.

The Suns were led in scoring by Aron Baynes who had 23 points on 10/17 shooting from the field.  Baynes hit 1/2 threes and had 4 rebounds and an assist.

Devin Booker had 22 points on 6 of 13 shooting and hit 2/4 three point attempts.  Booker added 3 rebounds,  5 assists,  and a steal.

Kelly Oubre Jr. had 15 points on 5 of 10 shooting with 2 boards,  3 assists,  and 2 blocks.

Miami moves to 6-2 on the season and the Suns fall to 5-3.
