Harden Scores 36 to Lift Houston Over The Golden State Warriors

Rockets Vs Warriors November 6 2019

There were lots of questions about whether or not the duo of James Harden and Russell Westbrook would work out.  There were countless memes are the 2 fighting over the ball or fighting to take the last shot.

So far Houston has been playing fairly well and Harden has continued scoring the ball like a freak of nature.  Westbrook has taken a bit more of a backseat role,  but he is still almost averaging a triple double.

Harden continued his scoring tirade against the Golden State Warriors last night scoring 36 points on 10/23 shooting from the field.  Harden added 4 rebounds,  13 assists,  3 steals,  and 3 blocks.  It is ridiculous to me that someone can have that type of offensive production and still end up with 3 blocks and 3 steals on the defensive side of the ball!

Westbrook has a slow night by his standards scoring 18 points on 8/18 shooting from the field.  He added 8 rebounds,  6 assists,  and 2 steals.

All 5 of The Houston Rockets starters ended up with 17 or more points.  P.J. Tucker finished with 22,  Clint Capela had 19,  and Danuel House Jr. had 17.

Golden State was led in scoring by Alec Burks with 28 points off 10/18 shooting from the field.  Burks added 8 rebounds,  3 assists,  and 2 blocks.

Eric Paschall was next up in scoring for Golden State with 19 points on 6/15 shooting.

The Golden State Warriors continue their woeful struggles and move to 2-6 on the season while the Houston Rockets advance to 5-3.
